Our sports surfacing project for Private Client, Hampshire
Sports Surfacing Solutions were approached by a private client in Hampshire with the request to convert an area of unused land into a dedicated family tennis and multi-use games area. The project presented a number of challenges, most notably the limited access to the site and the presence of dense, overgrown vegetation that needed to be cleared before work could begin.
Upon overcoming these initial obstacles, the team successfully installed a synthetic grass playing surface, providing a durable and attractive foundation for various sporting activities. To ensure safety and maintain the boundaries of the new games area, low-level chain link fencing with a top rail was erected around the perimeter. Additionally, a demountable 3-metre high catch ball netting system was incorporated, which can easily be drawn back and stored when not required, offering flexibility and convenience for family use.
